Rachel and I have been staying home together while linda goes to work at night. Rachel has graduated from the iPad to the desktop computer. Tonight we played a Blues Clues game that helped her learn her shapes, letters, colors, and numbers. Rachel caught on really fast with how to use the mouse and keyboard, I was impressed.
I am glad that I have been able to spend more time with Rachel, I have gotten a lot closer to her over the past few weeks.
Rachel has become quite the daddy's girl. She usually prefers me to put her in her car seat, to dress her, brush her hair, or put her shoes on. I think her affection for me is cute.
Sometimes Rachel will snuggle up close to me and run her had up and down my arm for a time the she will say "Daddy, I like the hairs on your arm they are really nice" or I like your whiskers daddy they are really fuzzy. And then she drifts softly to sleep.
